User Story

Users need to see personalized information about usage in their profiles, so that they have a more bespoke user experience.

  • time spent using each product
  • number of log-ins

Research:

  • I started out by focusing on Artificial Intelligence User details and Usage Data
  • I followed by analysing data from the existing file on excel and I combined data in order to gather more information
  • I elaborated some visualization data using excel (bar charts-pie charts)
  • I finalized my insights representing with the high fidelity prototypes created with a design tool
